Promo ROI
| Promo | Spend | Bookings | Revenue | ROI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glow Facial intro · $59 first visit | $3,300 | 76 | $26,100 | 7.9× |
| Summer laser pack · 6-session | $2,200 | 32 | $19,100 | 8.7× |
| Win-back email · 90-day lapsed | $850 | 41 | $9,800 | 11.5× |
ROI = revenue collected in Zenoti inside the promo window ÷ promo cost (media + discount). Intro-offer rows include what those guests spent at the first visit, upgrades and add-ons included. Win-back runs on email only — that's why the multiple is high. Sample data.
What needs attention
- WatchNorthline is pacing 84% — the gap opened in week 2 and was flagged the same night. The call: shift intro-offer spend toward Northline while the month can still be saved.
- On paceWestgate is beating plan at 104% with the group's lowest CAC — document what's working there and copy it.
What you're looking at
The five numbers an operator actually runs the month on — each one line, the way it's walked through on a call.
- New clients MTD
- First-visit guests created in Zenoti this month, deduped against full guest history — rebooks never count as new.
- True new-client CAC
- Meta + Google spend ÷ verified new clients, joined at the guest level — not the blended number an ad platform reports.
- Revenue pacing
- Collected revenue vs. where the month should be by today, on each location's own seasonal curve.
- Month-end forecast
- Projection from current pace. A gap flagged in week 2 is a month saved; found in week 5, it's a post-mortem.
- Promo ROI
- Collected revenue per offer ÷ that offer's cost — so the next promo is designed from evidence, not instinct.
- What needs attention
- Every sync ends in a short list of calls to make — the dashboard's job is the next action, not another chart.
- Provisional vs. final
- Figures post from Zenoti at the overnight sync. Today is marked provisional until it closes, so no one trades on a half-day number.
